




Cheers to Friday! I came across this recipe for a rosé slushy and had to share. The cocktail itself requires minimal ingredients and preparation, but looks exquisite — a major win in my book. Needless to say, I’m bookmarking this recipe for warmer days ahead!
INGREDIENTS
• 1 bottle of rosé
• 4 oz Belvoir Elderflower & Rose (available at World Market)
• Ice cubes
• Sprig of lavender
INSTRUCTIONS
1 | Freeze bottle of rosé in ice cube trays (overnight).
2 | Combine frozen rosé, Belvoir Rose Edleflower and a handful of ice cubes in a blender.
3 | Blend until all ice cubes have been crushed, and serve in a champagne coupe with a sprig of lavender. Enjoy!
