Good morning! Hope you had a nice weekend. To kickstart the week, I tried this Green Detox Smoothie recipe this morning. It’s delish! The smoothie is about 300 calories and can serve as a meal replacement or supplement. It’s a healthy, refreshing way to start the day. Plus, it doesn’t taste like grass 😉
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup raw spinach
• 1 cup frozen peaches
• 1 cup frozen pineapple
• 1 teaspoon flax seeds
• 1/2 banana
• 1 cup almond milk
Add almond milk, spinach, peaches, pineapple, banana, and flax to your blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy! (If you want a little extra sweetness, try adding a teaspoon or two of agave nectar, or a few strawberries.)
