Last week’s visit to New Orleans was a welcome occasion to “think spring.” The warmer, southern climate thankfully allowed for lighter layers — like this pretty wrap dress. I chose a dusty rose color (surprise, surprise) while the dress comes in multiple colors, all under $50 at Nordstrom.
