With summer around the corner, I’ve been gathering lots of ideas and inspiration for entertaining friends and family. While I always appreciate a well-made cocktail at a bar or restaurant, I rarely make a concoction at home requiring more than two or three basic ingredients. (Vodka, soda and lime, anyone?) Inspired to be a bit more creative in this department, I rounded up seven cocktail recipes to try this summer. Each one doesn’t require a long list of ingredients, or an excessive amount of your time, but they’re all great ideas to elevate your drink of choice. If you try any of these recipes (or bookmark them for later!), I’d love to hear. Cheers!
Grapefruit & Mint Mojito: Refreshing mix of grapefruit, lime, rum and mint.
Champagne Cocktail: Chilled champagne (or prosecco) with raspberries and lemon.
Moscow Mule: Vodka, ginger beer, lime and mint served in a copper mug.
Summer Sangria: Great for groups! A mix of wine, liqueur and fresh fruits.
Blackberry Bramble: A delish combination of gin, blackberry, lemon, sage.
Paloma: One of my favorites! Tequila, fresh grapefruit, lime and club soda.
Sage + Citrus: A colorful cocktail combining vodka, tangerine, citrus and sage.
