‘Tis the season to eat, drink, and be merry! With Christmas days away, I’ve been feeling the holiday spirit and embracing Christmas traditions, like sightseeing, watching holiday movies and baking lots of treats. And with holiday parties in full swing, I wanted to share a simple Christmas cocktail that’s a favorite of mine this time of year. All you need is champagne, or prosecco, poured into a flute — then add pomegranate seeds plus a sprig of fresh rosemary. And voilà! The champagne cocktail tastes refreshing and looks festive as a signature drink for your next holiday dinner or soirée. Cheers!
